NASSCOM in partnership with Frost & Sullivan has published the Product Excellence Matrix (PEM), which benchmarks Indian software products across seven different categories. Experion's flagship solution, FieldMax has been rated as an "Exemplar" in the enterprise mobility category.

One of the oldest and most reputed names in educational products has chosen FieldMax to improve its sales and distribution operations. Operational for over half a century, the client specializes in manufacturing and marketing of educational tools, stationery products and children's products.

Having recently embarked on a product modernization brand make over program, the client identified optimization of sales and distribution operations as a key focus area to boost its sales revenue. The client's sales team typically visits retail outlets on a weekly basis, based on a predetermined route plan. Orders are collected using pen and paper and a consolidated set of order forms are later couriered to the head office for processing. A global leader in specialty foods has opted for Experion's enterprise mobility solution - FieldMax, for streamlined sales and distribution operations. The client is part of a business group with market capitalization of over $ 8 billion and has operations in 24 countries across the globe. The sales and distribution of the client's brand of products are carried out through a dedicated team of field sales staff (direct and distributor) who reaches out to retail points spread across the country.

The distributor sales team visits retailers on a scheduled basis, invests time in relationship building and collects sales orders based on market conditions. 50+ year old pioneer in packaged food products goes live with FieldMax in 5 days

The latest win for FieldMax is a pioneer in packaged foods which celebrates its 50th year. Involved in manufacturing and marketing of instant food products (ready to cook, ready to eat and dairy products), the client reaches out to its  several thousands of retailers through a wide distribution network covering 35+ countries worldwide. With a five-fold expansion in its production capabilities in the last decade, the client wanted to take on challenges in sales and distribution through a mobile based sales force automation solution. One of the key business objectives for the client, besides an overall streamlining of sales and distribution processes, was to improve its field sales reporting process and overcome market visibility constraints.

FieldMax was selected by the client for its proven ability to support the entire spectrum of field activities and extensive reporting capabilities. Sales personnel will use FieldMax Mobile loaded on mobile phones to capture field information related to orders, stock visit notes, receivables, promotional activities, expenses, etc. The information captured by sales personnel from different retail points and sales territories/ zones are saved in FieldMax server in real time.
