A leading manufacturer of packaged foods, with revenues of over US$ 10 million, has signed up for Experion’s field sales and distribution management solution – FieldMax. Being in operations for over three decades in the industry, the client is a market leader in the segment and manufactures a diverse range of packaged food products (wide variety of biscuits and bakery products) for the international market. The client currently follows a manual process for collation of sales orders from across different territories. With steady increase in sales volume over the past few years, lack of automated processes was posing major challenges for the client: (1) Orders are first entered on daily sales reports and then faxed to the head office. This results in delayed order processing and longer invoice cycles (2) Data collation and analysis was time consuming and labour intensive. Sales reports take weeks to be compiled, hampering on-time roll out of marketing and promotional campaigns (3) Management team has limited visibility into sales performance. While primary sales (to super stockists and distributors) data was still available, the client had zero visibility into secondary sales (to retail outlets).

FieldMax was a natural fit for the client to overcome challenges in its sales and distribution processes. The information captured from the field using FieldMax mobile application is made available to the marketing and operations team in real time. Marketing team accesses data through dashboards which provides a clear picture on sales performance across different sales territories. Multi brand home appliances distributor to use FieldMax for streamlined sales operations

The client is an exclusive distributor of home appliances for industry leading brands. Having sales operations across multiple sales territories, the client wanted to implement a mobile based solution to track and manage its field sales operations and to streamline overall operations.

Manufacturer of traditional food products selects FieldMax for sales force automation

A single source manufacturer of traditional food products has opted for FieldMax to power its sales operations. The client is a pioneer in the field and offers a range of spices, cereals, rice and rice products for its customers. With its brand of products gaining popularity in the market, the client was looking to implement a solution to get real time, structured inputs from the market. The current manual processes are ineffective, which results in sub optimal production planning and delivery scheduling. Moreover, tracking of sales across territories and product categories was a major challenge due to lack of visibility of management towards field sales operations.

Having moved recently from direct delivery model (van sales) to order based delivery for sales operations, FieldMax was a perfect fit for the client’s business. Sales personnel visit clients based on a pre fixed weekly journey plan. Leading textile manufacturing client to reach half a million retail outlets using FieldMax

A leading textile manufacturing company with over 50 years of experience has chosen FieldMax for managing sales orders across its wide distribution network. State of the art manufacturing facilities operated by the client produces more than 100 products at a rate of 1 million pieces per day. The brand of products manufactured by the client is sold through half a million retail outlets across India. The products are also sold in the international market, with garments being exported to various countries across the Middle East, Europe and Africa.
