A major in the in frozen foods segment, the client has a market share of 30% in the Indian market. Being the market leader in the segment, the client is preparing itself to move to the next orbit . The rising demand for convenience foods and ready-to-eat products in the country is a najor driver in its growth plans. Having a pan- India presence , the client operates through a series of C&F agents and distributor network that supplies to a large number of outlets. The total feet on street for sales includes over 400 sales persons who are either directly or indirectly employed by the company.
As part of the sales efficiency improvement exercise this, multiple ERP/ CRM solutions were evaluated and FieldMax field sales information system was chosen.
FieldMax mobile application will be used by the client for monitoring sales and marketing activities while the distributor sales team will use FieldMax mobile application for retail sales execution activities (s sales order, inventory updates, merchandising, asset tracking, etc. ) As an integrated application, the distributor team will have real time visibility to sales orders and market activities in FieldMax Office. It would enable faster turnaround times through quick invoicing and product shipment. FieldMax application will also publish key performance reports to stake holders in the form of alerts. The same is expected to help the sales organization to stay connected efficiently.
